You can then let it download at your leisure to be access later. Once initiated the file download process places the file in your main Drop directory, rather than to one of your shared folders, which would allow everyone to then view your file. Scalado, Camera Rewind App Enables You To Create The Perfect Group Photo (video) Posted: 13 Jun 2011 08:19 AM PDT If you have every tried to take a group photo you will have already experienced the problems trying to get everyone to smile at the same time and as the shutter snaps, which is magnified by the number of people you have to photograph. A new application called Rewind developed by Scalado hopes to makes these problems a thing of the past. Scalado’s Rewind app takes a burst of 5 images and then allows you to select the best facial expressions of your targets, before finally combining them into one perfect group image. The Sofa Bike is the creation of Jacek Holubowicz, it was recently displayed at the International Design Festival in Berlin, and it features two separate 8 gear hubs, hydraulic brakes which are operated by the front handelbar and dynamic chain steering. Apple recently told Reuters that a small number of iPad 2′s had been shipped to Verizon containing the same MEID numbers, which is supposed to be a unique number for each device. That says it will transform your 3G iPad in to a fully functional mobile phone, using just a normal phone SIM card. Sputnik 0667 PC Mod By Love Hulten Posted: 13 Jun 2011 05:11 AM PDT We have featured quite a few different PC mods here at Geeky Gadgets, the latest one is is the creation of Love Hulten from Sweden, and he describes the Sputnik 0667 as “a computer combined with the beauty of arts and crafts, inspired by the 20th century and old hi-fi.” As you can see from the photos below, the front of the bureau is folded down to reveal the computer display and also the keyboard, unfortunately we don’t have many details on what components were used inside this cool PC mod. Sky TV UK Will Launch Its New Sky Go Mobile Service On July 6th Posted: 13 Jun 2011 03:42 AM PDT Sky has announced that next month it will be replacing its Sky Player and Sky mobile TV services with a new Sky online and mobile service called, Sky Go. Which will be launching on July 6th and will be free to existing Sky TV subscribers. The new Sky Go service will be available on online, via PCs, tablet devices and smartphones and Sky will allow customers to register two devices to access Sky Go content. If your not currently a Sky customer Sky Go will be available to non-Sky TV subscribers from August for between £15 and £40 per month. The tiny new module is capable of decoding two HD videos at the same time. Codemasters Website Hacked, Customer Information Snatched Posted: 13 Jun 2011 02:42 AM PDT The UK games development Codemasters is the lastest gaming company to be targeted by hackers and has announced that its website was hacked on June 3rd 2011. The hackers were able to access registered customers account information and snatched email and house addresses, together with passwords, birthdays, phone numbers, Xbox gamer tags and customer biographies. But no payment information was taken during the hack according to Codemasters. Samsung Galaxy S II For AT&T Leaked Posted: 12 Jun 2011 11:16 PM PDT We knew that the new Samsung Galaxy S II would be heading to all the major US carriers, and now it seems Samsung has inadvertently confirmed it will be coming to AT&T, by posting a photo of an AT&T branded Samsung Galaxy S II on Facebook. As you can see in the photo below, the AT&T branded Samsung Galaxy S II was pictured with a HDMI dock, and as you can see from the photo below, the Samsung Galaxy S II for AT&T now features four capacitive touchscreen buttons on the bottom of the handset rather than the home button that we have seen on the current model.
