A company called Mozaex has announced what it claims to be the world’s first headphones to support Blu-ray 7.1 discrete HD audio. The headphones are called the BluWavs 7.1 HD headphones. They also happen to be some of the most expensive headphones in the world.

Discover Card Makes It Easy to Port Card Details to Google Wallet

If you have a Discover card, a NFC equipped smartphone, and like Google Wallet, this will be good news for you. Discover card has announced today that it has made it easy for cardholders to save the cards to Google Wallet through its online account center. The credit card company is proud to say it’s the first company to offer cardholders that ability.

Sony: 2012 is “too early” for Vita price cut

Looking forward to a PlayStation Vita price drop? You will have to wait for awhile longer. Sony Worldwide Studios’ head Shuhei Yoshida, at GamesCom this week, told Eurogamer that it was “too early” to cut the price on the gaming handheld.

Sci-Fi Film Inspired LED Watch Unveiled By Tokyo Flash

New iPod Nano Refresh Arriving In Late September? (Rumour)

German publication iFun, has revealed that Shell Germany awards members, who have chosen to purchase an iPod Nano with their award points, will not be receiving their gift as soon as they might like.

Members who order an iPod Nano have received  a letter stating that due to unforeseen circumstances there will be a delay in delivery until a new Nano version arrives in late September.

PlayStation Mobile Landing On Wikipad And Asus Transformer Pad Tablets

Sony has announced that its PlayStation Mobile suite will soon be arriving on Wikipad devices as well as the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity tablet and Eee Pad Transformer Prime.

Windows Phone 8 SDK Coming September 7th (Rumor)

Microsoft recently announced that it would launch Windows 8 on the 26th of October, they have yet to announce an official launch date for the next version of their mobile OS, Windows Phone 8.

We are expecting Microsoft to launch Windows Phone 8 some time in either September or October, and may hear some more details on when it will be available at Microsoft and Nokia’s press event on the 5th of September.

Yet To Be Announced Asus TF500T Tablet Appears At The FCC

It looks like Asus may have a new tablet to add to its Transformer range of tablets, as a new device has appeared at the FCC, the Asus TF500T, which is not something we have heard about previously.

There really are not many details with the FCC listing of the device, but it looks to be some sort of tablet, and going on the model name we suspect its will join the Asus TF201, TF300 and TF700 in their transformer line up.

HTC Releases Droid Incredible 4G LTE Source Code

HTC launched the Droid Incredible 4G LTE in the US last month, and now HTC have released the source code for the Droid Incredible 4G LTE to their HTC Dev website.

The HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE features a 4 inch qHD touchscreen display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, processing is provided by a  Snapdragon S4 1.2GHz processor, there is also 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built in storage.

Ubisoft Uplay PC Games Network Launches With Game Discounts And More (video)

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 went on sale in the US yesterday, and now Samsung has released a hands on video of the device and we get to see some of the features on the new Galaxy Note 10.1.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 features Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and the device features a quad core 1.4GHz Samsung Exynos processor and 2GB of RAM.

New Amazon Kindle Fire Tablet Appears At The FCC (Rumor)

We have been hearing rumors about Amazon’s next generation Kindle Fire tablet for a while now, and according to a recent report by the Digital Reader, Amazon’s new Kindle Fire tablet has turned up at the FCC.

The device which appeared at the FCC is listed under a different company than Amazon, although it apparently has links to Amazon’s previous FCC submissions, which gives the impression that the device at the FCC belongs to Amazon.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti Kepler GPU Unveiled For $299

Nvidia has this week added a new addition to their range of graphics cards with the launch of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti, equipped with Nvidia Kepler architecture.

Nvidia states in their press release that the The GTX 660 Ti has proved to be 41 percent faster in tests than the GTX 560 Ti from 2011, and a massive 58 percent faster than the GTX 470 which was first released back in 2010.

Another Video Of The Samsung Galaxy S III Running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

We are expecting Samsung to release the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for their Galaxy S III smartphone at the end of August, and the update is rumored to launch on the 29th of August which is the same day as Samsung’s IFA press event.

Skype For Windows 8 Leaked

Microsoft will launch Windows 8 on the 26th of October, and now we get our first look at what Skype for Windows 8 will look like, as the new version of Skype which is designed for Microsoft’s Modern UI has been leaked, it first appeared on Twitter and was posted by Twitter user AdamUCF.

The guys over at Neowin have been trying out the new Skype for Windows 8, and the provided the photos you can see below, the app is still in preview state at the moment, and not the full final version.

ASUS Zenbook Prime Teardown iFixit Style

Microsoft Windows Phone Apps Publishing Resumed

Earlier in the week we heard that Microsoft had suspended the publishing of new Windows Phone apps to its mobile store, the apps were suspended due to a download bug.

Now it would appear that Microsoft has fixed the issue, and has resumed publishing of new Windows Phone apps to its mobile apps store, as it has now fixed the issue with the digital certificates.

Google Adds 13 New Languages To Google Voice Search

Google has updated its Google Voice Search and added an additional 13 new languages, which means that Google Voice Search now supports a total of 42 languages in 46 different countries.

Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G Headed To T-Mobile

We recently heard that the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q would be headed to T-Mobile on the 15th of August, the device has yet to launch so the 15th of August date was incorrect.

Now it would appear that the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q will be called the Samsung Galaxy S Relay 4G when it arrives o T-Mobile, although there are no details of an exact launch date as yet.

Windows RT Tablets To Retail For $300 Less Than Windows 8 Tablets

Earlier in the week we heard a rumor that Microsoft will sell the Windows RT version of their Surface tablet for around $199, this pricing has yet to be confirmed by Microsoft.

Now Lenovo has said that they expect Windows RT tablets to retail around $300 less than their Intel based Windows 8 counterparts, which means the $199 price we heard earlier in the week for the Windows RT Surface may be correct.
