The new concept watch has been created by master watch maker Vincent Perriard & Co and is called the HYT H1 and comes with the hefty price tag of $45,000, with a titanium case. The unique mechanics of the Vincent Perriard & Co’s HYT H1 uses liquid-driven pistons as well as gears to tell the time. Microsoft Signs Android Patent Deal With LG Posted: 13 Jan 2012 12:40 AM PST The latest company to sign a patent licensing deal with Microsoft for patents related to Google’s Android OS is LG, Microsoft has announced that they have signed a deal with LG for patents relating to Google’s Android and Google’s Chrome OS. TOOB System Brings IMAX To The Family Living Room Posted: 12 Jan 2012 11:00 PM PST That’s TOOB for ‘Think Out of Box’, and the latest from the company is TOOB Earth. It’s a relatively new variant of a dome display scaled down for personal/home use. But wait, it’s not just for entertainment. According to the makers, what they’ve developed so far could enjoy applications in different settings. Although the whole system looks like a lot of furniture jammed together, the resulting platform–which would do real sweet for hardcore gaming–looks like a cockpit.

Kinect/Windows 8 Powered Board Of Awesomeness Turns Heads (Video) Posted: 12 Jan 2012 10:30 PM PST Sadly, it can’t fire lasers. Though it pretty much does everything else a board can, like go places. Powered by an 800 Watt electric engine and guided via a Kinect sensor that tracks hand movements, the Board of Awesomeness is a novelty one off from Chaotic Moon. They’re an app-building company who want to demonstrate their mobile-focus with, well, a mobile platform. The all-terrain wheels are a nice touch.
