| UK SIM Free Nokia 808 PureView Delayed Until July Posted: 30 May 2012 03:49 AM PDT The SIM free version of Nokia’s 808 PureView smartphone was due to go on sale in the UK in May, this date had already changed to June, but it looks like the handset may not be available until the middle of July according to one UK retailer. The Nokia 808 PureView runs Symbian Belle as its OS and features a 41 megapixel camera and a 4 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 640 x 960 pixels.

The Nest Learning Thermostat was developed by Tony Fadell, a previous employee of Apple, who was the Senior Vice President of Apple's iPod division.

| HTC’s One X And HTC Evo 4G LTE Comply With ITC Ruling, Clear Customs Posted: 30 May 2012 02:19 AM PDT We heard last week that some of HTC’s devices which have been held by US customs had started to be released, and now HTC has confirmed that both the HTC One X and HTC Evo 4G LTE have been released by US customs. HTC also confirmed that both devices have been found to comply with the ITC ruling, which found that previous HTC device had infringed on Apple’s patents.
