ITC Judge Says Microsoft’s Xbox Should Be Banned In The US Posted: 23 May 2012 02:25 AM PDT Motorola recently won an ITC ruling that said that Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console infringed on some Motorola patents, and now an ITC judge has ruled that Microsoft’s popular gaming console should face an import ban in the US.
