Nintendo To Release Games Digitally On 3DS And Wii U Starting In August Posted: 28 Apr 2012 09:11 AM PDT Nintendo has never been a big fan of digital content for its platforms, though they have improved over the lifetime of the Wii and with the introduction of the 3DS. However they still have a long way to go. For instance, with the launch of the PS Vita, Sony promised to release every game in digital form day-and-date with the retail version. © Geeky Gadgets, 2012. | Permalink | Unauthorized duplication and or distribution of our content is strictly forbidden © Geeky Gadgets, 2012 |

Users of the device have complained that the battery drains more quickly when using the Wi-Fi calling feature. Posted: 28 Apr 2012 08:26 AM PDT This miniature N64 controller is pretty cute and it sure beats that bulky N64 stock controller. It’s not a straight up mod, but an original construction built around a PIC microcontroller. Playing games on the system is likely to be a whole new experience with this one. © Geeky Gadgets, 2012. | Permalink | Unauthorized duplication and or distribution of our content is strictly forbidden © Geeky Gadgets, 2012 |
Acer Aspire V3 coming to Japan for $1,100 Posted: 28 Apr 2012 08:11 AM PDT It looks like the sexy Acer Aspire V3 is headed for Japan. And it has almost everything you want. A 2.1GHz Ivy Bridge Core i7 is nice, but the screen is just 1366 x 768. Though it does have a Blu-ray player and Dolby Theater v4. That might be a deal-breaker for some, but there’s still a lot to like here. © Geeky Gadgets, 2012. | Permalink | Unauthorized duplication and or distribution of our content is strictly forbidden © Geeky Gadgets, 2012 |
