It looks like Sony France told Les Echos that they will start selling Google TV devices in France in September, which include a set top box which will retail for 200 Euros and an Google TV enabled Blu-Ray player which will retail for 300 Euros. Apple To Offer Two Year EU Statutory Warranty In Europe Posted: 02 Apr 2012 07:35 AM PDT Apple currently offers a one year warranty on all of its devices it sells in the US and Europe, but now Apple will offer a two year EU statutory warranty in Europe and all of its products. The EU warranty is slightly limited though as it only covers defects that were present when the device was shipped to you and it does not cover defects that arose after that, those defects will be covered for one year under Apple’s one year limited warranty.
