On Monday, Judges in the US and Canada approved the $4.5 billion purchase of 6,000 Nortel patents, which will give all the companies control over a wide range of patents relating to mobile devices and telecommunications. But a new Optic version which has been created offers the same spooky sounds of the original Theremin, but uses infrared light to help the player adjust the notes with a little more ease. Which would be another indication that Apple is about to launch OS X Lion, and we are hoping that it will be available from this Thursday, the 14th of July, which looks like the most probable date, as Apple staff will be working overnight in stores on the 13th, which means they are probably getting the stores ready for the release of OS X Lion.
