| Amazon Cloud Drive Launched In Spain And Italy Posted: 04 Oct 2012 06:26 AM PDT Amazon launched their Cloud Drive service in the UK back in August, and now Amazon’s Cloud Drive is headed to a couple more European countries, Spain and Italy, ahead of the launch of the Kindle Fire in Europe. The Amazon Cloud Drive comes with 5GB of free storage, after that, if you need more space you can purchase 20GB of storage for £6 or 8 Euros a year, and there are also a number of other larger storage options available.

| Street View Lands On Google Maps Web App On iOS Posted: 04 Oct 2012 02:47 AM PDT Apple recently replaced Google Maps on their iOS devices with Apple Maps, which has come under a fair bit of criticism for not being as good as Google Maps, and Google promised to bring some new features to the web version of Google Maps on iOS. One of those features was adding Street View to the web based version of Google Maps on iOS, last week Google said that Street View would be available ‘within weeks’, and now it looks like Google has managed to add Street View to the iOS web version of Google Maps earlier than expected.

| Starbucks iOS App Updated To Support Passbook Posted: 04 Oct 2012 01:03 AM PDT Starbucks has updated their iOS app to support Apple’s new Passbook app on iOS, and now you will be able to use Apple’s Passbook to make payments in Starbucks stores. Starbucks has been accepting payments in its stores with its own iOS app for a while now, but the addition of Passbook now adds in some new features, which include Passbook’s geolocation features.

| LG Optimus G Headed To AT&T And Sprint Posted: 04 Oct 2012 12:30 AM PDT LG recently announced their latest Android smartphone,the LG Optimus G, we heard a rumor that the handset would be coming to the US in November, and now LG has confirmed that the LG Optimus G will be available with US mobile carriers AT&T and Sprint. LG have not given an exact launch date, all they have said is that the LG Optimus G will be available with AT&T and Sprint later this year, so we suspect we will get some announcements from both carriers later this month if it is to launch in November.
