However hopefully if the weather allows, he will be re-attempting to jump this Sunday 14th at 8:30am EDT. Taking him up to 120,000 feet height above the Earth is a special balloon called the Red Bull Stratos, which has been specially created to hold a colossal 30 million cubic foot (843,497 cubic meters) of helium gas.
