Now according to a recent report by the WSJ, Apple has already started production of their new iPad Mini, which we are expecting Apple to officially announce on the 17th of October. Although currently there are only a very small selection of titles available for Windows PCs. Valve first announced they would start selling non-gaming titles on their Steam network back in August, and now have implemented their plans, with a selection of graphics and photo editing software packages available to purchase, diversifying the game only selection which has stood since Steam launched.
