The announcement for the delay was made by Ubisoft creative lead Alex Hutchinson at Comic-Con in San Deigo. Who revealed that the Assassins Creed 3 PC Game currently under development will not be launching on the same day as the Xbox 360 and PS3 console games. LG To Pay $380 Million Settlement In LCD Price Fixing Case Posted: 13 Jul 2012 02:07 AM PDT We recently heard that Toshiba was fined $87 million in the LCD price fixing case, and now LG will pay a settlement of $380 million to settle a civial lawsuit over price fixing on LCD displays. As well as the $380 million that will be paid by LG, Au Optronics will pay a settlement of$170 million and Toshiba will pay a settlement of $21 million, this is on top of the fine recently levied on Toshiba. New Quad Core 1.7GHz HTC Smartphone Appears In Benchmarks Posted: 13 Jul 2012 01:18 AM PDT We just heard about a new quad core Android tablet from HTC, the HTC Vertex HD, and now it would appear that HTC also has a new quad core Android smartphone planned. According to the guys over at Pocket Now, the device is codenamed the Evitare and is apparently a new version of the HTC One X, and the device features a quad core 1.7GHz NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. The device also features a HD display with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, that is all we know so far, there are no details on whether the handset will share a similar design to the One X or whether it will be a completely new device altogether. Considering HTC recently announced that they would be cutting down on the number of smartphone they produced, we suspect the device could be a more powerful variant of the HTC One X.
