Samsung To Launch Windows RT Tablet In October Posted: 09 Jul 2012 01:14 AM PDT Samsung has been doing very well with their Android based tablets, and now it would appear that the company has some other tablets in the works, which will be released later this year, although instead of Android these new tablets will come with Windows RT. According to a recent report by Bloomberg, Samsung is working on a Windows RT based tablet, and the device is expected to launch in October, of course this has yet to be confirmed by Samsung. Foxconn Nano PCs AT-5600 And AT-5250 Become Official Posted: 09 Jul 2012 01:08 AM PDT Foxconn first unveiled their new Nano PC format back in May with the unveiling of the Intel equipped AT-5300, and AMD equipped AT-5600. Now Foxconn has unveiled a new addition to their Nano PC range in the form of the AT-5250 and made the AT-5600 official. The AT-5600 will still be equipped with AMD's E450 APU, and the new AT-5250 will be equipped with an Atom D2550 at 1.86 Ghz, supported by up to 4GB memory.

Amazon Kindle Fire 2 Coming In Q3 With Improved Display Posted: 09 Jul 2012 01:01 AM PDT The last thing we heard about the new Kindle Fire 2 tablet was that the device was expected to launch in August, and now according to a recent report by All Things D, the device will launch in quarter three, which could mean August or September. All Things D are reporting that the Kindle Fire 2 will feature an improved display over the existing model, the existing Kindle Fire comes with a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, and the new model will apparently feature a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Speaking in an interview with Neowin, Kerris said that Nokia’s PureView technology would be available on new Nokia Lumia handsets ‘very soon’, no specific date was given, although we suspect some of Nokia’s Windows Phone 8 devices will be the first to use their PureView technology. Verizon Galaxy S III Launch Delayed Until June 12th Posted: 08 Jul 2012 11:33 PM PDT If you are waiting to get your hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S III on Verizon in the US, you may have to wait a few days more, last week Verizon announced that the device would be available on their network from the 10th of July.
