| Nokia Lumia 900 Specifications Revealed? Posted: 12 Dec 2011 05:03 AM PST We know that Nokia has another new Windows Phone device in the works, the Nokia Lumia 900, and now it would appear that we may have some actual specifications of the device. According to the Geek Tech Blog, who have apparently got their hands on the device, although they don’t have any actual photos, the Nokia Lumia 900 will feature a larger display than the Lumia 800, with a 4.3 inch AMOLED touchscreen display and a 1.4GHz processor.

| Samsung Shipped 300 Million Mobile Devices This Year Posted: 12 Dec 2011 04:29 AM PST It looks like Samsung has had a good year with its smartphones and mobile devices, as the company has announced they have shipped more than 300 million mobile devices in 2011. Samsung is the second company to ship more than 300 million mobile devices in one year, the previous company to do this was Nokia, and Samsung also said that the Galaxy S II and other new Samsung smartphones had helped them reach this milestone.

| Samsung Series 5 Ultrabooks Gets Official Posted: 12 Dec 2011 04:08 AM PST Samsung has added some new ultrabooks to its range with the launch of the Samsung Series 5 ultrabooks, and there are two new models, one with a 13 inch display and one with a 14 inch display. The 14 inch model comes with up to 1TB of storage whilst the 13 inch model comes with up to 500GB of storage, or you can choose up to a 128GB solid state drive and a total of 8GB of RAM.

| Asus Transformer Prime Up For Pre-Order In The UK Posted: 12 Dec 2011 03:48 AM PST The Asus Transformer Prime will go on sale later this month, the device has been available to pre-order in the US for a while, and many retailers have already sold out their pre-orders, with high demand for the new quad core Tegra 3 powered tablet. UK retailer Clove has not put the Transformer Prime up for pre-order here in the UK, and there will be two models available, a 32GB model which will come with the keyboard dock for £459 plus taxes, and a 64GB model without the keyboard dock which will also retail for £459.

| Verizon Galaxy Nexus LTE Sold Early At Some Stores Posted: 12 Dec 2011 02:27 AM PST We still haven’t had an official announcement on when Verizon will finally start selling the Samsung Galaxy Nexus LTE, but it would appear that some Verizon and Best Buy stores have already sold the device to customers. According to the Verge, a couple of people managed to buy the Samsung Galaxy LTE from at least one Verizon store and at least one Best Buy store, although it looks like these devices were sold early by mistake.

| Motorola Wins Patent Lawsuit Against Apple In Germany Posted: 12 Dec 2011 01:47 AM PST Motorola has won a patent lawsuit against Apple in Germany, which could end up seeing sales of Apple’s OS devices banned in Europe, although the ruling is only a preliminary one, and Apple will obviously be appealing the ruling. | Angry Birds Celebrates 2nd Birthday, New Update Released Posted: 12 Dec 2011 01:12 AM PST The world’s most popular mobile game, Angry Birds is two years old, Rovio Mobile first released Angry Birds on the 11th of December 2009, and to celebrate Rovio has released a new free update for Angry Birds called ‘Happy Birdday’. The new update for Angry Birds is free and brings fifteen new levels to the game, and the first update has been released for Apple’s iOS devices, and Rovio have said that the update will be released to other platforms soon.

| Posted: 11 Dec 2011 11:59 PM PST On Friday, HP’s CEO Meg Whitman announced what the company would be doing with webOS, HP has decided to make webOS open source, probably the best thing the company could do with the software. And it looks like HP hasn’t ruled out making their own webOS devices ion the future, as the company has said that they may consider making webOS tablets again in 2013, although it doesn’t look like we will see any more webOS smartphones from HP.
