Proview Attempts To Ban iPad Imports And Exports In China Posted: 14 Feb 2012 11:43 PM PST Proview, the company who owns the trademark for the ‘iPad’ name in China is attempting to ban imports and exports of the device in China, and recently some iPads were seized from a retailer by Chinese authorities regarding the claim. Proview, who are reported to be in financial trouble, sold Apple the rights for the iPad trademark for a number of countries a few years ago, Apple claims these rights include China, Proview claims that Apple didn’t purchase the rights for the trademark in China. That is an increase of 15 million users in just 21 days, which is pretty impressive, and Tim Cook also revealed that iCloud is a long term strategy for Apple, which the company will be developing. Skyrim Outsold Only By Modern Warfare 3 Last Year Posted: 14 Feb 2012 01:28 PM PST Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls series has always been popular as a sword and sorcery simulator of unsurpassed content and granularity. The last two additions to the series in particular are imbued with more scope than the average lifetime. But equally true is that this has not in the past been strong motivation at retail to people not already in love with this sort of thing. Skyrim, however, seems to have hit a collective cultural nerve that only games in traditionally close but radically different genres like MMOs have been able to so far.
