But after a few hours of use it now looks like the update is causing problems for a number of users. Pentax K-01 Mirrorless Camera Officially Launched (video) Posted: 02 Feb 2012 05:29 AM PST Today Pentax has officially announced the new highly anticipated Pentax K-01 mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera. Which is equipped with the same K-mount lens mount used by Pentax’s DSLR lenses. The design for the new Pentax K-01 has been created by Australian industrial designer Marc Newson, featuring a rubberised, ribbed grip covering on an aluminium frame. The Pentax K-01 has been built around a 16-megapixel APS-C sensor, providing roughly 13 times the size of the 1/2.3-inch-type sensor found in the Pentax Q. ISO settings range from ISO 100 to ISO 25,600, and burst mode provides 6 frames per second capture at full resolution, and the camera will capture 1080p video at 24 fps, 25 fps, and 30 fps, as well as 720p video at 60 fps. HTC Confirms Some Of Its Android Handsets Are Leaking WiFi Passwords Posted: 02 Feb 2012 04:46 AM PST HTC has confirmed that a number of its mobile Android handsets may leak security credentials on Wi-Fi networks, and has now issued a fix to help correct the problem.
