Air Force May Buy Thousands Of iPads And Android Tablets

Many airlines are already buying or have bought iPads for pilots to use and now it looks like the Air Force's Air Mobility Command is doing the same. They will be putting in a request to purchase tablets soon. The idea is to lighten their pilots' loads. It is speculated that the Air Force might be requesting as many as 18,000 of the devices.

Will Amazon Launch A Larger Kindle Fire In 2012?

The rumor on the street is that Amazon will be launching a new Kindle Fire in 2012. One that is larger then the first. There may be some actual solid reasoning behind this one. Back before the Fire's launch, there was a leak that detailed two tablets from Amazon. One was codenamed "Coyote," an entry-level tablet with a dual-core processor. We know that this one was released in 2011. However, the other tablet, codenamed "Hollywood," was much more interesting and would feature a quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3.

While I wouldn’t call the Samsung Galaxy Note lady-friendly, (It is large for a woman at 5.3″. In fact that’s nearly a tablet.) it is about to arrive in at least one lady-pleasing color. Samsung is releasing a new "Berry Pink" version of the smartphone.

Eurocom Panther Series Get Updated With Sandy Bridge
