Bowers & Wilkins Introduce New MT-50 and MT-60D Mini Theatre Systems Posted: 13 Feb 2012 04:36 AM PST Bowers & Wilkins has introduced a couple of new mini theatre systems to its range this week in the form of the MT-50 and MT-60D. The MT-50 mini theatre system will set you back around £1,100 for five M-1 satellites and the MT-25′s ASW608 subwoofer. While the more expensive MT-60D costs around £1,950 for five M-1s and a PV1D subwoofer. Starting with the MT-50 this system is shipped with the brand new M1 satellite speakers, which are equipped with a new port on the rear of each alongside all-new drive units. Bowers & Wilkins have included a new tweeter and bass/mid-range driver inside each, that allows the speakers to work as well in a stereo pairing as with 5.1 surround sound set up, say Bowers & Wilkins.
