According to a recent report by OS News, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is still on sale in Germany at a number of retailers, and the ban granted to Apple only covers Samsung Germany and not other divisions of Samsung. Apple Sued By Droplets Inc For Patent Infringement Over iTunes Movie Trailers Posted: 12 Sep 2011 03:56 AM PDT This week Droplets Inc has this week filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Apple regards a patent which Droplets registered back in 2000 and was awarded in 2004. Apple is accused of violating the patent in relation with links to applications on its website, movie trailer site and iTunes. The suit was filed by Droplets in the U.S. District Court in Eastern Texas, a district that is famous for rapid resolution in favour of rights holders in infringement cases. New developments have now seen Fossil sell off the assets to form leads of the Fossil Watch Technology Division. The reason for the sale is because the Meta Watch doesn’t fall within Fossils core expertise. All are fully backward compatible with USB 2.0 and are still one of the fastest USB 2.0 drives on the market. The Flash Voyager GT USB 3.0 now provides data transfer rates of up to four times the speed of USB 2.0 drives, and even twice the speed of standard USB 3.0 flash drives.
