| Apple Granted Further Injunction Against Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 In Germany Posted: 09 Sep 2011 03:54 AM PDT A while back Apple was granted an injunction against Samsung on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet being imported and sold in Germany, Samsung has been appealing the decision, and it the latest court case Apple’s injunction has been upheld. This is bad news for Samsung who have been attempting to get the injunction over turned, and now it looks like Samsung has exhausted its options with the Düsseldorf Regional Court, and will have to take its case to the high court in Germany.

Twitter also announced that they generate over five billion Tweets a month, and the site gets over 400 unique visitors each month, with half of the sites active users using mobile to sign in to the site.
