Of all the films he’s been in the one that sticks in my mind most is his portrayal of Private Joker in the military film Full Metal Jacket. Modine has landed a role in the film about Steve Jobs’ early life called jOBS. This is the movie where Ashton Kutcher will play Jobs. This news comes from The Guardian. 343 Studios, the game's developer, will offer a free "Season One" of daily downloadable co-op missions following the game's release. Judge Cancels Apple And Motorola Patent Trial Posted: 08 Jun 2012 04:40 AM PDT Apple and Motorola were due to go to court in Chicago next week, in a Jury trial, but now the federal judge dealing with the case has cancelled the trial in a pretrial conference. One of those countries was Australia, and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) found that Apple’s advertising was misleading, Apple ended up offering anyone who had bought the new iPad a refund if they wanted one in Australia.
