RIM Wins BBM Trademark Dispute Posted: 04 Jun 2012 10:28 PM PDT Research In Motion has won the right to continue using its BBM (BlackBerry Messenger) name after a recent court ruling, RIM had been taken to court by Canadian broadcast analyst firm BBM, who had complained that RIM’s BBM name infringed on their BBM trademark.
