LG Working On New Optimus G Smartphone With 1080p Display Posted: 27 Nov 2012 01:11 AM PST It would appear that LG may be working on a successor to their LG Optimus G smartphone, the device will apparently be called the LG Optimus G2 and it will feature a full HD display with a resolution of 1902 by 1080 pixels, the display will be 5 inches. This ties in with the LG device with a 5 inch display and a 1080p resolution that recently appeared in some benchmarks, and the benchmarks also revealed that the device was running Android Jelly Bean and it featured a quad core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor.
