The Boxee TV retails for $99 and it comes with a HD antenna that will let you access terrestrial TV broadcasts and cable TV, it will also offer access to streaming services like Netflix and Vudu.

The LG Optimus G is available to pre-order of $199.99 when you sign up to a new two year contract with Sprint, and the handset comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

| Kim Dotcom Announces Megaupload Replacement Me.ga, Launching January 2013 Posted: 01 Nov 2012 07:02 AM PDT Kim Dotcom has been talking about his replacement for Megaupload for a while now, and he has now unveiled that the new service will be called Me.ga, the news was posted to Twitter by Dotcom. The Me.ga website is re-directing to Kim Doctom’s own website at the moment, and he has said that the new Me.ga service will launch in January of 2013, on the anniversary of when he was raided by the FBI and the New Zealand police.

| Apple In Trouble With UK Judge After Samsung Apology Posted: 01 Nov 2012 06:44 AM PDT Apple were recently ordered to publish an apology on their website and also in the UK press to Samsung, stating that Samsung’s tablets did not copy Apple’s designs for the iPad. Apple published an apology on their website last week, although they tried to turn around the apology to their benefit, quoting the judge in the case as saying that Samsung’s tablets were not as cool as Apple’s, and now it would appear that the Judge dealing with the case is less than impressed with Apple’s apology.

The Amazon Cloud Drive photos app will let you directly upload individual photos and even albums direct from your Android smartphone or tablet, you can then share your photos direct from the Cloud Drive Photo app.

| Posted: 01 Nov 2012 04:55 AM PDT EE which is a joint venture between two of the UK’s mobile operators, T-Mobile and Orange launched the UK’s first 4G LTE network this week, and at the moment they are the only provider of 4G LTE in the UK. The other networks are working on their 4G LTE services, which are expected to launch within the next six months, and EE’s 4G LTE service is only available in 11 cities at the moment.

| Apple’s New Fusion Drive’s Will Work With Older Mac’s Posted: 01 Nov 2012 04:36 AM PDT When Apple announced their new range of iMacs, they also announced their new Fusion Drive storage, which is a combination drive that is made up of a solid state drive and a normal hard disk drive. Apple’s Fusion Drive comes with a 128GB SSD and a 1GB or 3GB HDD, and now it would appear that these Fusion Drive’s will work with older versions of Apple’s Macs and not just their new iMacs.

| iPad Mini Comes With Stereo Speakers Posted: 01 Nov 2012 03:12 AM PDT Apple’s new iPad Mini launches tomorrow, and when the device was announced Apple just listed the speaker on the device as a ‘built in speaker’, Amazon recently published a comparison between the Kindle Fire HD and the iPad Mini noting that the device only comes with a single speaker. According to Joshua Toplosky from the Verge, the iPad Mini does in fact come with a pair of stereo speakers, after he confirmed the details with Apple, and Apple has also confirmed this to other people as well.

| Apple’s iTunes Now Taking Donations For American Red Cross Posted: 01 Nov 2012 03:01 AM PDT Apple has set up a new page on its iTunes store that allows you to make a donation to the American red Cross, towards the relief effort for hurricane Sandy and the donation page is available through the desktop version of Apple’s iTunes Store. The donation page is also available through the app sore app on Apple’s iOS and you can make donations of $5, $10, $25, $50, $100 and $200, and 100 percent of all donations will go directly to the Red Cross.

| Sony Xperia S Tablets Sales To Resume This Month Posted: 01 Nov 2012 02:15 AM PDT Sony announced last month that it was halting sales of its Xperia S Tablet due to a manufacturing defect, and now it would appear that the problem may be fixed as Sony has announced that sales of the tablet will resume this month. The Sony Xpera S Tablet will go back on sale around the middle of November, no specific date has been given, and Sony is also offering to inspect any existing devices to see if there is an issue, and rectify the problem.
