Samsung Galaxy Camera hits Canada on December 7th

Canadians can breath a sigh of relief if they are among those waiting for the Galaxy camera. They can get the Samsung Galaxy Camera starting December 7th. They can get it at either a local Black’s Photography store or the official Samsung store in Burnaby, BC.

Bing Maps loses Israel, Japan and South Korea

Bing Maps on Windows Phone 8 has lost three countries out of the 110 it covers. And you thought Apple maps was bad. This happened despite the use of data from Nokia’s Navteq that has been integrated into the Windows Phone 8 application.

Samsung stops supplying Apple with batteries for iPad and MacBook

Barclays Bank buys 8,500 Apple iPads

British financial institution Barclays Bank has purchased 8,500 Apple iPads, which cost them a hefty £3.3 million ($5.3 million USD). That works out to an average price of $623 USD for each tablet. The bank will use its new tablets for “improving the customer experience.”
