When it was announced that Apple would stop selling the Mac Pro in Europe, there were no details from Apple on when they would make the device available again, but now it would appear that it will go back on sale in Europe in the spring.

| Rovio To Launch Angry Birds Cartoons This Spring Posted: 06 Feb 2013 06:23 AM PST Angry Birds has been a massive success for Rovio, not only has their Angry Birds series of games been incredibly popular, but they have also release Angry Birds merchandise and are even planning an Angry Birds movie which will hit theaters in 2016. Now Rovio mobile has ann0uced that they will also be launching an Angry Birds cartoon series which will launch in the spring, and they will be a series of short cartoons based on the characters from the Angry Birds games.

| Apple Could Lose iPhone Trademark In Brazil Posted: 06 Feb 2013 04:37 AM PST Apple has had trouble in the past with some of its trademarks relating to its iOS devices, previously with the iPad trademark in China, and now it would appear that Apple could face similar problems with the iPhone trademark in Brazil. According to a recent report by Reuters, the iPhone trademark in Brazil is owned by a company called Gradiente Electronica SA, the trademark was registered by the company back in 2000, which is seven years before apple launched the first iPhone.

| BlackBerry Q10 To Launch In The US Some Time In Quarter 2 Posted: 06 Feb 2013 04:09 AM PST BlackBerry recently launched their first BlackBerry 10 smartphone in the UK, the BlackBerry Z10, and from what we have heard the handset is off to a good start, with strong sales of the device being reported. The BlackBerry Z10 will launch in the US in March, and RIM also have another BlackBerry 10 device to launch in the US, the BlackBerry Q10, although it looks like US BlackBerry fans will have to wait until quarter to of 2013 to see the QWERTY BlackBerry Q10.

| iPad Mini 2 To Feature 324ppi Retina Display (Rumor) Posted: 06 Feb 2013 03:06 AM PST Apple launched their first iPad Mini last year, it comes with the same resolution display as the iPad 2, which is 1024 by 768 pixels, we have been hearing rumors that Apple will release the iPad Mini 2 this year with a Retina Display. According to a recent report the iPad Mini will feature a Retina Display with 324ppi (pixels per inch) and a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, which is the same resolution as Apple’s current iPad 4, only it will be in the smaller 7.9 inch display of the iPad Mini.

| Deezer Signs Deal With Samsung, LG And Toshiba For Smart TV’s Posted: 06 Feb 2013 01:25 AM PST Deezer has announced that it has signed a deal with Samsung, LG and Toshiba to deliver music content to smart TVs in the UK, Deezer already has a deal with LG for some of their smart TVs and the service will now be expanded to more LG devices as well as devices from Samsung and Toshiba. The service will mainly be available in Europe initially and it seems it will only be available to certain devices at the start, and obviously Deezer will plan to roll out their music streaming service to more smart TVs in the future.

Now it would appear that Disney has more plans to make further Star Wars movies, although the new ones will be based on individual characters from Star Wars, and the first movie will be based on Yoda.

Liberty Global will pay a total of $23.5 billion in cash and stock to acquire Virgin Media, and the purchase will give the new company over 25 million customers and will serve 47 million homes in 14 countries.
