Apple Mac Pro Removed From European Apple Stores Posted: 19 Feb 2013 01:52 AM PST Apple announced recently that they would be withdrawing their Apple Mac Pro from sale in Europe, the reason this was being done was to do with new European regulations which come into force in Europe on the 1st of March. Apple said that the Mac Pro would be made available in Europe in the Spring, although they did not give a specific date on when the Mac Pro would go on sale in Europe again. Samsung Galaxy S4 Launch Event Set For March 14th (Rumor) Posted: 19 Feb 2013 12:39 AM PST It would appear that we have some more details on the Samsung Galaxy S4 release date, we had previously heard that the Samsung Galaxy S4 would be unveiled at a press event in Moscow on the 15th of March, but now according to a new rumor for Eldar Murtzain, Samsung will be announcing the Galaxy S4 on the 14th of March at a press event in New York. It is possible that Samsung has two event planned for the Samsung Galaxy S4 launch, one in New York on the 14th of the US version of the handset and one in Moscow on the 15th for the European version of the device, which would tie in with the rumors we have been hearing about one Galaxy S4 with an 8 core processor and one with a quad core processor. Crytek: PCs Will Never Be Outgunned By Next Generation Consoles Posted: 18 Feb 2013 02:36 PM PST Despite finding console success and preparing to launch Crysis 3 on multiple platforms, for Crytek the PC has no equal. The company does have a vested interest in the platform, as it’s the backbone of its engine business, but they make a compelling case when it comes to sheer power. However, whether a $2000 fully kitted out PC rig makes sense for anything but the enthusiast market as opposed to Microsoft or Sony’s upcoming hardware is a different discussion altogether.
