| Apple iPhone Was The Top Smartphone In Japan In 2012 Posted: 13 Feb 2013 07:15 AM PST According to a recent report by research firm Counterpoint Research, Apple’s iPhone took the top spot for smartphones in Japan in 2012 with a total share of the market of 15 percent. Apple ended up with a 16 percent share of the market in the final quarter of 2012 in Japan, and this is the first time that Apple has taken the top spot for a 12 month period in the country.

Now it would appear that we may have our first photo of the Nokia Lumia tablet, which was snapped at a recent Nokia Lumia launch event in Pakistan, the photo below shows the device on one of the displays at the event.

| LG Optimus G Pro Features 5.5 Inch Curved Glass Display Posted: 13 Feb 2013 04:53 AM PST Yesterday LG revealed that the Korean version and probably the international version of the LG Optimus G Pro would come with a 5.5 inch display, and now they have revealed some more details about the device which will be shown off at Mobile World Congress next week. LG have said that the 5.5 inch display on the Optimus G Pro is actually a curved glass display which LG says will provide a ’2.5D effect’ on the handsets display, the display will feature a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is now available in South Korea and Samsung also plan to launch the device in other countries so we will probably see it in the US and Europe shortly.
