Apple Will Settle In App Purchase Lawsuit Posted: 26 Feb 2013 06:46 AM PST Apple has agreed to settle a lawsuit regarding applications for its iOS devices that were aimed at children, the apps came with in app purchases, and parents were less than pleased about having large iTunes bills for in app purchases for the apps. Apple has now agreed to settle the lawsuit, which could end costing them quite a bit, and they are offering to pay people a $5 iTunes credit to their account, and if the amount was more than $30 they will pay in cash. The Huawei Ascend W1 will be available from O2 UK from the 7th of March, this is for the electric blue version of the handset,the pink version of the Ascend W1 will be available from the 18th of March.
