In January Apple announced that its app store had reached a massive 40 billion app downloads, they also announced at the same time that they had paid out over $7 billion to developers. Samsung Galaxy S4 Appears In GLBenchmark Posted: 12 Feb 2013 06:00 AM PST According to a recent report, the Korean version of the new Samsung Galaxy S4 has just turned up in the GLBenchmark, although we are not sure quite what to make of the details that were revealed as the device is showing with a non Samsung processor in the form of a Qualcomm MSM8960 quad core processor with a clock speed of 1.9GHz. The GL Benchmark also shows the Samsung Galaxy S4 will a full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the device is running Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and also features an Adreno 320 GPU, the device that appeared in the GL Benchmark has the model number of SHV-E300S, and you can see the benchmark details below. Gas Powered Games Shuts Wildman Kickstarter Down Posted: 11 Feb 2013 03:47 PM PST Legendary designer Chris Taylor’s bid to save Gas Powered Games via Kickstarter has come to an unceremonious end. The highly polarizing campaign aimed to raise money in order to complete the studio’s ambitious cross-genre endeavour Wildman, but suffered from poor momentum almost immediately. It only went downhill as significant lay-offs hit Gas Powered Games and has barely managed to make it halfway to its goal with four days to go. McComb approached WotC on behalf of Wasteland 2 devs InXile trying to do just that, but says he was “rebuffed”, leading to a Torment game built on a system called Numenera. McComb says the new system has replaced D&D with aplomb.
