| Unlocked Huawei Ascend P1 Lands In The US Posted: 04 Jan 2013 02:46 AM PST The Huwei Ascend P1 has been available in Europe for a while now, and Huawei have announced that they are launching an unlocked version of the handset in the US, the handset will retail for $499.99. The Huawei Ascend P1 comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and the handset features a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED qHD touchscreen display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels.

| ZTE P945 5.7 Inch Android Smartphone Leaked Posted: 04 Jan 2013 02:23 AM PST ZTE recently launched a new 5 inch smartphone in the form of the ZTE Z5, and now it would appear that they are about to launch an even larger device with a 5.7 inch display, the ZTE P945. According to @evleaks from GSM Arena, the ZTE P945 will feature a massive 5.7 inch display, and will be powered by a quad core 1.2GHz processor, the device will apparently feature a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

The photo below of the Samsung Galaxy S4 was posted by Sammobile along with some rumored specifications for the handset which include a 4.99 inch Super AMOLED Full HD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution.

Now we have a photo of the BlackBerry Z10 with Verizon branding, which you can see below, there are two BlackBerry Z10 models in the photo, as well as an iPhone 4S.

The LG Optimus G2 is rumored to feature a 5 inch Full HD 1080p display and a quad core 1.5GHx Snapdragon S4 processor, have a look at the video below, you get a brief look at the device around 0.17 seconds in.

| Samsung Galaxy S III Gets OTA Bug Fix Update In The UK Posted: 04 Jan 2013 12:46 AM PST It looks like Samsung has released an OTA update for their Galaxy S III smartphone in the UK, the update is designed to fix a number of bugs on the Galaxy S III device. According to the guys over at Android Community, the OTA update fixes a bug with the Exynos 4 processor that we heard about previously, which left the device open to hackers and malware.

| Android Jelly Bean Now On 10 Percent Of Devices Posted: 03 Jan 2013 11:48 PM PST Google has released its latest Android distribution figures, and the latest version of Android, which includes Android 4.1 and 4.2 is now on a total of 10.2 percent of Android devices, this is up from last month when Jelly Bean was on 6.7 percent of tablets and smartphones. Next up we have Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich which is on 29.1 percent of Android devices, followed by Android Honeycomb which is on 1.5 percent of all Android devices.

| Google Settles Antitrust Enquiry With FTC Posted: 03 Jan 2013 11:36 PM PST Google has come to an agreement with the Federal Trade Commission over the antitrust inquiry which has been ongoing for the past 19 month, the investigation was looking into Google’s advertising practices and also its use of patent which are industry standard against competitors. Google has agreed to license key patents under fair and non discriminatory terms, FRAND, Google has also agreed to let websites opt out of Google Search and more.
