In this day and age it pays to have super tough passwords. If you have a weak password, you are asking for trouble. Turns out that the French Central Bank has one of the worst ever. A French citizen unintentionally breached the security of the French central bank over the phone, only to be freed by authorities after being accused of "hacking".

Homeland Security is building robotic tuna to protect American waters

Modeled after Tuna, Homeland security has set it’s sights on some new underwater robots to defend our watery borders. The BIOSwimmer is being built by Boston Engineering and is funded by the Department of Homeland Security. This unmanned underwater vehicle will be inspecting assets in harsh situations.

Hulu Plus, HBO Go and Max Go apps for Android get updated with support for closed captions

If this sounds familiar that’s because this news comes just days after the mobile apps for HBO, Cinemax and Hulu added closed captions support on iOS. Now similar upgrades have come to their apps on Android. At least Android folks didn’t have to wait long.

Creepy “will find you” marketing campaign uses GPS-equipped candy bars

Some people guard their privacy and don’t want a candy maker tracking them down. Sounds only fair to me. I just want some chocolate, I don’t want to be bothered. Well, if you are in the UK, be aware that Nestle's new marketing campaign, called "We Will Find You," has embedded six GPS trackers in popular candy such as Kit Kat bars.
