| ZTE Blade III Android Smartphone Announced Posted: 20 Sep 2012 04:28 AM PDT The ZTE Blade III Android smartphone turned up on a retailers website back in August, although the device had yet to be officially announced by ZTE, and now ZTE have confirmed the device and we have all the details. The ZTE Blade III will launch in Scandinavia, and it features Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and a 4 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels.

| Samsung To Take Legal Action Against Apple And iPhone 5 Posted: 20 Sep 2012 03:35 AM PDT We previously heard that Samsung would be taking Apple to court over the LTE used in Apple’s new iPhone, and now Samsung has confirmed to the court that it intends to file a motion against Apple and the iPhone 5. The filing states that Samsung will be filing a motion with the courts once it has had a "reasonable opportunity to analyze the device.", so we guess someone from Samsung will be queued up at an Apple store tomorrow to get their hands on the new iPhone 5.

| Apple Wants $3 Billion From Samsung In Patent Case Posted: 20 Sep 2012 02:40 AM PDT Apple was recently awarded damages of $1.05 billion when it won its patent case against Samsung in the US, although according to a recent report Apple is seeking higher damages from Samsung. According to the Korea Times, Apple’s legal team will be asking US Federal Judge Lucy Koh to increase the damages from the original $1 billion that Apple were awarded in the trial.
