| Acer Iconia W3 Windows 8 Tablet Appears At The FCC Posted: 15 May 2013 07:04 AM PDT Earlier this month we saw details leaked on the new Acer Iconia W3 Windows 8 tablet, and now it appears that the device has turned up at the FCC, which could mean we are getting closer to an official announcement from Acer on the device. The Acer Iconia W3 will come with an 8.1 inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, and it looks like we now have some details on the processor which will be a dual core Intel Atom Z2760 processor with a clock speed of 1.8GHz.

| The Worlds Longest Lego Railway Posted: 15 May 2013 03:22 AM PDT The worlds longest Lego railway measures a massive 2.5 miles long, or 4,000.25 meters, and it has set a new Guinness World Record and was built by 80 Lego enthusiasts in Denmark. The 2.5 miles of track use a total of 93,307 Lego pieces and took around 6 hours to build, it then took the train around 4 hours from the start to the finish of the worlds longest Lego railway track.

| BlackBerry World Now Has 120,000 Apps Posted: 15 May 2013 02:06 AM PDT As well as announcing the BlackBerry 10.1 software update, and the new BlackBerry Q5 smartphone, the company’s CEO Thorsten Heins also revealed at BlackBerry Live that BlackBerry World, the company’s app store now has more than 120,000 apps. He also announced that Skype will land on the BlackBerry Z10 with with the BlackBerry 10.1 software update, and a number of other apps including Moog, SoundHound, and iHeartRadio will also be launching in BlackBerry World.

| Google Music Subscription Service To Be Announced At Google I/O 2013 Posted: 15 May 2013 01:22 AM PDT There have been rumors for a while that Google are working on a new Google Music subscription service to take on the like of Spotify, and according to a recent report by The Verge this new Google Music subscription service will launch at Google I/O 2013 this week. Google has apparently now signed deals with a number of record companies, which include the Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment, and these deals are apparently separate ones for YouTube and Google Play.

BBM will be available as a free application on iOS and Android, the app will come with a number of features which will include BBM chats, multi-person chats, voice note sharing, and BlackBerry Groups.
