Now UK mobile retailer Clove has listed a SIM free version of the Nokia Lumia 800 on their website and it will retail for £442.80 including taxes, although Clove haven’t listed a release date for Nokia’s flagship Windows Phone device. RIM To Face Class Action Lawsuit After BlackBerry Outage Posted: 27 Oct 2011 03:23 AM PDT More bad news for RIM this morning, as BlackBerry users are filing a class action lawsuit against the company after the recent BlackBerry outage, which left BlackBerry users around the world unable to access BBM and other BlackBerry services for almost four days. The lawsuit has officially been filed in the Quebec Superior Court by the Consumer Law Group, on behalf of BlackBerry users who pay for a monthly data plan that were unable to access their email during the outage. Apple’s iTunes Match Launch Imminent? One of those countries is Italy, and an Italian judge has denied Samsung’s initial request to have the iPhone 4S banned in Italy, and has scheduled a new hearing for the 16th of December where both Apple and Samsung will have to submit evidence to the court.
