The handset is powered by the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The Xolo Q600 features a quad core 1.2GHz processor and comes with a 4.5 inch FWVGA display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, the device also features front and rear facing cameras.

| Samsung’s First TIZEN Device Delayed Posted: 02 Jul 2013 06:11 AM PDT According to a recent report, the launch of Samsung’s first TIZEN device has been delayed, it was expected to launch in quarter three, so between now and September, but we will apparently have to wait until quarter four to see the device. Samsung’s first TIZEN device has apparently been delayed due to a development issue relating to the app store for the OS, so it may not go on sale until at least October.

| Google Android Had 70 Percent Market Share In Europe Posted: 02 Jul 2013 01:40 AM PDT According to a recent report by Kantar Worldpanel, Google’s Android OS is becoming even more popular in Europe, and has apparently grabbed around a 70 percent share of the smartphone market in Europe. The report says that Apple’s iOS has only a 17.8 percent share of the market, and in third place is Microsoft’s Windows Phone which has a 6.8 share of the market.

According to a recent report, HTC will launch their new HTC One Mini some time in quarter three of 2013. We previously heard that HTC would launch the One Mini in August, so it is still possible that the device will launch next month, and we could possibly get some sort of official announcement from HTC on the device this month.

Yesterday we heard that a trademark filing for the Apple iWatch had been made in Japan, this was the second filing following one discovered in Russia. Now two more trademark filings for the Apple iWatch have also been unveiled, this time in Mexico and Taiwan, these filings were made on the 3rd of June, which is the same day Apple filed for the iWatch trademark in Japan.

The Sony Honami is rumored to feature a 5 inch Full HD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, processing will come in the form of a quad core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
