| Samsung Galaxy Note 3 May Feature 5.7 inch Display (Rumor) Posted: 26 Jul 2013 05:41 AM PDT We have been hearing for a while that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 would feature a 5.99 inch display, and now according to a recent report by MK News the device will feature a 5.7 inch display. Apparently Samsung had previously intended to launch the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with a 5.99 inch display, but have not changed their mind and will use a slightly smaller display of 5.7 inches.

The Oppo Find 7 will apparently feature a 5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a clock speed of 2.3GHz, the device will also come with Android Jelly Bean.

| Samsung’s Earnings Hit $51 Billion Posted: 26 Jul 2013 02:41 AM PDT Samsung has released its latest financial results for the second quarter of 2013, it looks like the company has beaten previous earnings estimates with gross earnings of 57.46 trillion won, which is around $51 billion. Samsung made an operating profit of 9.53 billion won which is around $8.5 billion, and this is Samsung’s highest quarter to date.

| Samsung Shipped 72.4 Million Smartphones In Quarter 2 Posted: 26 Jul 2013 12:58 AM PDT According to a recent report by IDC, Samsung shipped a massive 72.4 million smartphones in quarter two of 2013, this is a 43 percent increase for the same period in 2012, giving Samsung a 30.4 percent share of the market. In second place are Apple with a total of 31.2 million smartphones shipped, this is up 20 percent from 2012, and in third place we have LG who shipped a total of 12.1 million smartphones.
