The latest photos of the LG G2 show the back of the device without the battery cover, so it looks like the handset will come with a 2,610 mAh battery.

| New Nexus 7 Up For Pre-order In The UK Posted: 25 Jul 2013 06:34 AM PDT Google’s new Nexus 7 tablet is now available to pre-order from a number of retailers in the UK, the retailers include PC World and Currys, and the device is expected to launch in the UK in the middle of September. The new Nexus 7 will retail for £199.99 for the 16GB model and £239.99 for the 32GB model. We just checked the UK Google Play store and the device is not available to pre-order from there as yet, the older model is still available.

| AT&T Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7 Inch Appears At The FCC Posted: 25 Jul 2013 06:09 AM PDT It looks like the new 7 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is headed to US mobile carrier AT&T, as the guys over at Engadget spotted the devuce at the FCC, with support for LTE bands 2,4,5 and 17. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 features a 7 inch WSVGA displays with a resolution of 1024 x 600, processing comes in the form of a dual core processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz and it comes with Android Jelly Bean.

| Sony Xperia Z Handsets Android 4.3 Update Confirmed By Sony Posted: 25 Jul 2013 05:48 AM PDT With Google releasing Android 4.3, we are starting to hear from various manufacturers on when they will release the Android 4.3 updates, and now Sony has confirmed that their Sony Xperia Z range of device will get the Android 4.3 update. The Sony Xperia Z range includes the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, the Xperia ZR, the Xperia ZL, the Xperia Tablet Z and the Xperia Z, Sony will also bring the update to the Sony Xperia SP.

| First 3D Printed Rifle Fired, Also Breaks (Video) Posted: 25 Jul 2013 04:25 AM PDT We have seen some videos of 3D printed handguns, and now we have a video of what is reported to be the first 3D printed rifle, which you can see below. As you will see in the video, the 3D printed rifle actually fires, but it also breaks at the barrel when the bullet is fired, the rifle is a single shot .22 caliber long rifle.

Hopper is Dish Networks whole home DVR system that offers a feature that allows you to skip all commercials at the press of a button when you’re playing back your favorite shows. Television network Fox originally filed suit against Dish Network seeking to have the technology made illegal. | LG G2 Release Date Will Be August (Rumor) Posted: 25 Jul 2013 03:03 AM PDT LG will officially announce the new LG at a pres event next month, and now according to a recent report, the LG G2 release date will be August, although as yet we do not have a specific date in August when the handset will be available. The LG G2 is rumored to a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with a clock speed of 2.3GHz, there will also be 2GB of RAM and a 13 megapixel camera.

| LG Sells 12.1 Million Smartphones In Last Quarter Posted: 25 Jul 2013 01:25 AM PDT It looks like things may be looking up for LG’s smartphone business. The company has announced its latest financial results for the 2nd quarter of 2013. LG has announced that they shipped a total of 123.1 million smartphone between April and June of 2013, this is the most handsets LG has managed to ship in a single quarter.

| Samsung Is The Top Android Manufacturer In Quarter 2 Posted: 25 Jul 2013 01:01 AM PDT Samsung has had great success with its Galaxy range of smartphones and tablets, and have been the top maker of Android devices for a while, and now according to a recent report Samsung is also top for quarter 2. The news comes from Opera Mediaworks, and Samsung managed to have a 58.45 percent share of Android devices sold, in second place is HTC with a 10.88 percent share.
