In the US prices for the iPhone 5C on contract start at $99 when you take out a new two year contract, the 32GB model retails for $199 on contract. In the UK the iPhone 5S is available on contract with a number of carriers, the handset is also available SIM free, and the 16GB model retails for £469 for the 16GB model and £549 for the 32GB model, these are the off contract prices.
