ITC Says Xbox 360 Does Not Infringe On Motorola Patents Posted: 25 Mar 2013 04:32 AM PDT Last year the ITC found that Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console violated some of Motorola’s patents, although now it would appear that the ITC has changed their mind, as ITC Judge David Shaw has now said that the Xbox 360 does not infringe on Motorola patents. When the original cases started last year, Motorola were accusing Microsoft of infringing on a total of 5 patents, four were thrown out previously, and this last patent related to the the Xbox communicated with accessories, you can see a statement from Microsoft below. Though characters were changed up regularly throughout the trilogy, most of them stuck around enough to leave an impression and some, like Tali, are almost universally loved by players. Bot as much by Bioware, as it turns out, as she was almost left out from the latest one. Along with this tidbit, Bioware also revealed only 18% of players went through the game as Female Shepherd, despite the character’s widespread popularity.
