| Samsung Galaxy S4 Release Date For Canada, April 27th Posted: 15 Apr 2013 06:36 AM PDT Earlier today we heard a rumor that the Samsung Galaxy S4 release date for the US would the the 26th of April, we are still waiting for confirmation from Samsung on this, but now they have announced the launch date of the handset in Canada. Samsung Canada has announced on Twitter that the Samsung Galaxy S4 will launch in Canada on the 27th of April, and the device is now available to pre-order from the various Canadian carriers.

The Nokia Lumia 920 features a HD+ LCD display, and it would appear that the Verizon Nokia Lumia 928 will actually come with a HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels.

| Dish Makes $25.5 Billion Bid To Buy Sprint Posted: 15 Apr 2013 04:06 AM PDT Back in October last year Japan’s Softbank announced that it would buy US mobile carrier Sprint, in a deal which was worth $20.5 billion US dollars, but now it would appear that there is a rival bid fro Sprint. Dish has announced that they want to buy Sprint in a deal which is worth $25.5 billion US dollars, the bid is made up of $17.3 billion in cash and $8 billion in stock.

| LG Optimus G Pro US Launch Event May 1st (Rumor) Posted: 15 Apr 2013 03:27 AM PDT LG have yet to officially announce when they will launch the LG Optimus G Pro in the US, and now it looks like we have a possible date for a press event for the handset, the 1st of May. According to the guys over at Android Guys, LG will be holding a press event in New York on the 1st of May, when they will announce the LG Optimus G pro for the US, and the handset is expected to be available with a range of carriers including AT&T.

| Verizon Samsung Galaxy Camera Software Update Released Posted: 15 Apr 2013 03:11 AM PDT Verizon have released a software update for the Samsung Galaxy Camera on their network, the update is around 180MB, although there are no details as yet on exactly what is included in the update. The Samsung Galaxy Camera is powered a a quad core 1.4GHZ processor and comes with a 16 megapixel sensor and a 4.8 inch touchscreen display, plus a pop up Xenon Flash and 21x optical zoom.

| Samsung Galaxy S4 US Release Date, April 26th Posted: 15 Apr 2013 02:11 AM PDT We are still waiting for some confirmation on the exact Samsung Galaxy S4 US release date from the company, but according to some recent leaked documents it would appear that the handset may launch in the US on the 26th of April. The document, pictured below is apparently an internal document from Staples, and it shows a release date of the Samsung Galaxy S4 for AT&T of the 26th of April, there is also a release date of the 1st of May for T-Mobile and the 30th of May for Verizon.

The iPhone 5 on T-Mobile will set you back $99 up front for the 16GB model with $20 a month payments for 20 months, on top of this you need to pay for calls and data, with prices starting at $50 per month.
