| Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.3 Test Firmware Leaked Posted: 02 Oct 2013 05:25 AM PDT Earlier today we heard that a test firmware of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean had been leaked for the Samsung Galaxy S4, and now the Android 4.3 firmware has also been leaked for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. The Android 4.3 test firmware is for the European version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, with the model number GT-N7100, and it was posted online over at the XDA developers.

| Sony Xperia Z1 (SOL23) Announced In Japan Posted: 02 Oct 2013 05:19 AM PDT yesterday we heard that Japan’s Sony Xperia Z1 would come with some update specifications, the handset is now official and it is headed to Japanese carrier au by KDDi. The Sony Xperia Z1 (SOL23) comes with 32GB of storage instead of 16GB on the international models, it also features One-Seg and Full-Seg TV support, one thing it will not get is the Stamina mode available on the international version of the handset.

The LG Optimus F6 comes with a 4.5 inch QHD display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, the handset features a dual core processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz.

| Apple’s iOS Push Email Returns To Germany Posted: 02 Oct 2013 04:33 AM PDT In February 2012 a German court found that Apple’s push email technology infringed on patents that were held by Motorola, the court gave Motorola an injunction and Apple had to remove push email from German iOS devices. GigaOM has noticed that Apple has now restore push email to its iOS devices and iCloud in Germany, this follows on from a court decision in August to let Apple start using push email in Germany again, whilst they are appealing the original ruing.

| Nexus 5 Release Date To Be End Of October (Rumor) Posted: 02 Oct 2013 03:47 AM PDT Google is expected to make the Google Nexus 5 official later this month, there have been rumors that the handset will be announced on the 14th of October, and now we have some details on the Nexus 5 release date. According to TechRadar, who have received some information from a UK retailer, the Nexus 5 release date will be at the end of October, this ties in with what we heard previously about a possible launch date for the handset of the 30th of October.
